In my opinion, teenagers should not spend all their free time on Facebook. I believe that while social media can be a great tool for connecting with friends and sharing experiences, it should not consume all of their leisure time. For these reasons, firstly, excessive use of Facebook can lead to a decrease in face-to-face interactions and real-life social skills. Secondly, it can be a major distraction from academic responsibilities and other productive activities. Thirdly, spending too much time on social media can negatively impact mental health, as it often leads to comparison and feelings of inadequacy. Finally, in short, moderation is key. Teenagers should prioritize a healthy balance between online and offline activities to foster personal growth and well-being.
